Course Background

The term "Key Performance Indicator" (KPI) refers to a sort of performance measurement in the business world. KPIs can be used by an organization to assess its own performance or the effectiveness of a specific activity in which it is involved. KPIs give the organization the necessary direction, inspiration, and tools for measuring and monitoring its health.

 

Specific, quantifiable, related to organizational vision, and well-developed KPIs offer a clear path to making organizational objectives and plans easier to achieve.
