Course Background
Recent neurological and behavioral research indicates that resilience, or the capacity to bounce back from adversity, adapt, and prosper, may be deliberately acquired as a set of abilities, particularly in trying times.
People can learn to construct the beneficial mindsets, micro-practices, and behaviors that foster one's own resilience as well as the development of a resilience culture across teams and organizations.
It is valuable that you can use straightforward, doable, and applicable techniques for developing resilience and flourishing, particularly under trying circumstances. To that, this course is intended to increase participants' abilities to control their stress levels, focus more clearly, practice agility in the face of difficulty, and improve their preparation for individual, group, and organizational change.
